Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator with hands-on welding and fabrication experience. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good measurement skills, and the ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication duties according to specifications and blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure finished work meets specifications.
• Perform quality welds while maintaining proper safety procedures.
• Use various welding and fabrication tools and equipment.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and proper fit.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• Previous welding experience required.
• Previous fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong measurement and math skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to take and pass a weld test.

Pay / Level

Starting level and pay will be determined based on the candidate's welding experience, fabrication experience, blueprint-reading ability, and overall skill level. Candidates may start at different levels depending on their qualifications.

A weld test is required as part of the hiring process.
