Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Overview

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working on a variety of maintenance projects? We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance and Equipment Technician to help keep buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas in great shape! This position offers a mix of mechanical repairs, general facility maintenance, cosmetic improvements, and lawn equipment upkeep. No two days are exactly alike!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Complete cosmetic repairs, including drywall patching, touch-up painting, and general upkeep.
• Perform routine lawn care and maintain outdoor areas.
• Repair, service, and maintain lawn equipment and related machinery.
• Assist with installing windows, doors, and other facility fixtures or equipment.
• Identify maintenance needs and help keep buildings, equipment, and work areas safe and functional.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous lawn equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Experience with window and door installation.
• General construction, building maintenance, or equipment repair background.
