You'll work on a variety of projects involving cutting, preparing, polishing, fabricating, and welding metal components. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new projects, and working with a team that feels like family.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of custom metal projects.
• Cut, prepare, and fabricate metal materials for production.
• Prepare and polish stainless steel components.
• Set up welding and fabrication jobs according to project requirements.
• Work primarily with mild steel and stainless steel, with occasional aluminum projects.
• Read and follow project drawings and fabrication instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following shop safety procedures.
