Pay: $13.50–$14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (or as assigned), 5:00 AM–1:00 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to assist with daily breakfast service at a local hospitality facility. This individual will be responsible for preparing and setting up the breakfast area, maintaining food presentation, assisting guests, and ensuring the dining area is clean and welcoming.

Once breakfast service concludes, the attendant will transition into general cleaning duties throughout the facility, including the lobby, common areas, and restrooms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast items and arrange food for daily service.

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or serving area.

• Ensure food is properly presented and the breakfast area remains clean and organized.

• Monitor breakfast supplies and replenish items as needed.

• Assist guests with breakfast-related questions and requests.

• Clean and break down the breakfast area around 10:30 AM.

• Wash dishes, clean counters, and sanitize food preparation and serving areas.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout common areas, including the lobby and restrooms.

• Complete additional housekeeping and cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous food service, food preparation, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Ability to work an early morning schedule beginning at 5:00 AM.

• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

• Friendly and professional demeanor with good customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a hospitality environment, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and is comfortable balancing food preparation with general cleaning responsibilities. Someone with previous breakfast service, hotel, restaurant, or kitchen experience would be a great fit.
