Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize job postings and recruiting advertisements.
• Manage social media content and employer branding initiatives.
• Analyze recruiting and marketing campaign performance.
• Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community functions.
• Support team engagement activities and maintain brand consistency.
• Develop creative marketing ideas to increase awareness and attract candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, recruiting, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with social media platforms and technology.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Occasional local travel to job fairs and community events.
• Mileage reimbursement provided.
