Customer Service Coordinator
Iberia, OH | A leading brick manufacturer
Temporary contract, approximately through the end of the year
Pay: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:00PM
Our client is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support plant operations and deliver great service to customers and partners. You'll be a central point of contact between sales, warehouse, plant management, distributors, and customers. New team members start on sample entry, which is straightforward, and then learn the rest of the role.
What You'll Do
• Track jobs, special orders, and discounts
• Provide product availability and pricing information
• Process orders, order changes, sample requests, and shipment releases
• Prepare bills of lading and run shipping reports
• Take part in monthly inventory
• Resolve product complaints and follow SOPs
What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Basic computer skills, with Microsoft Word and Excel. JD Edwards and Salesforce experience is a plus
• A good personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to retain information
• Dependable and organized, with good problem-solving skills
Candidates must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews, aptitude tests (for some positions), references verification, drug screening (US), and required background checks (including criminal).
