Express Employment is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position requires 2-3 years of current experience.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Location: Chico, CA

Job Description:
•    Greet customers, answer phone calls, and assist with inquiries regarding vehicle repairs and services
•    Schedule repair appointments, maintain customer records, and provide updates on vehicle repair status
•    Assist with insurance paperwork, repair estimates, and general administrative duties
•    Provide excellent customer service while coordinating with technicians, insurance representatives, and management
•    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•    2-3 years of current experience
•    Strong communication and customer service skills
•    Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
•    Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to details
•    Current customer service and office experience
