Grain Laborer

We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our grain operations team in Central Illinois. This position plays a vital role in the handling, storage, and movement of grain products while helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain trucks, railcars, and storage bins
• Operate conveyors, augers, and other grain-handling equipment
• Assist with grain sampling and quality control procedures
• Perform routine housekeeping and facility clean-up
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Assist with general labor tasks around the facility as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous agricultural, grain, manufacturing, or labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and working in dusty environments
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
