Client in San Diego Looking for a Residential Coordinator. FULL TIME, BUT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERNIGHTS

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and organized Residential Coordinator to support displaced individuals and families in a residential housing program. The Residential Coordinator will help residents access resources, maintain a safe and supportive living environment, and assist with daily program operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to residents adjusting to temporary housing.
• Conduct resident intakes, orientations, and ongoing check-ins.
• Connect residents with community resources, employment services, healthcare, and social services.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Monitor facility safety and ensure program policies are followed.
• Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed.
• Coordinate with case managers, service providers, and community partners.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and recordkeeping.
