Reach Forklift Operator (Cold Storage)

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our cold storage warehouse team. This position requires previous reach-lift operator experience and the ability to work efficiently in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack product within the warehouse.
• Transport materials throughout the cold storage facility.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous reach-lift operator experience is required.
• Prior forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Dependable attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Regular bending, twisting, reaching, and stooping.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in refrigerated conditions.
