What You'll Do

Recruit & Support Healthcare Professionals

• Recruit and qualify clinical staff for open healthcare positions.
• Develop recruiting strategies and post job opportunities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and support hiring initiatives.

Credentialing & Compliance

• Credential clinical staff in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
• Track and maintain required credentials and expiring documents.
• Ensure clinicians are fully compliant and ready to start assignments.

Administration & Operations

• Complete onboarding paperwork and assist with electronic forms.
• Manage new hire setup, including W-4 and direct deposit updates.
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to fill positions efficiently.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
