Water Treatment Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Water Treatment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial water treatment systems. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay 16.00-19.00 to start DOE

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water treatment equipment and filtration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot water treatment system malfunctions.
• Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other system components.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and service inspections.
• Complete basic plumbing connections, repairs, and modifications as needed.
• Test system performance and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Educate customers on proper operation, maintenance, and care of their water treatment systems.
• Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience with water treatment, filtration, reverse osmosis, or softener systems is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team when required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and technologies.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
