Assembler / Production Associate
Location: Newnan, GA
Pay: $17hrs
Shift: Manufacturing Schedule

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect rubber and foam components for quality defects.
• Remove excess material and prepare components for assembly.
• Assemble finished products according to specifications.
• Position and align parts using measurements, templates, and production documentation.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues with minimal supervision.
• English proficiency required.
