Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Automotive Sales Support Representative to join our team in Randolph, NY. If you are a highly organized professional who loves handling data, coordinating schedules, and tackling essential administrative tasks to keep a sales and manufacturing pipeline running flawlessly, this is your next opportunity! What You'll Do
· Manage Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain critical sales contracts, vehicle titles, registration paperwork, and client files with absolute accuracy
· Data Entry & Invoicing: Process incoming website and custom vehicle orders into our system, and generate precise invoices for billing
· Coordinate Logistics: Maintain delivery calendars and coordinate schedules between the sales team, manufacturing floor, and shipping departments to ensure vehicles hit the road on time
· Support Communications: Handle incoming phone calls, route messages to the appropriate departments, and distribute physical or digital mail
· Maintain Inventory Records: Track and update vehicle availability and options in our database so the team always has live, accurate data
· Customer Outreach: Contact current and potential customers by both email and phone
What We're Looking For
· Clerical Excellence: Strong administrative skills with a proven track record of handling paperwork, filing systems, and data entry accurately
· Detail Obsessed: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to catch small errors in complex invoices or technical vehicle orders
· Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email platforms, and standard office databases or CRM systems
· Reliable Communicator: Professional phone etiquette and a helpful, team-oriented attitude to support our busy office operations
Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
