We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to join our recruiting team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines connecting candidates with interviews and opportunities. You’ll make a high volume of outbound calls to new applicants, sourced candidates, and past associates, then conduct initial inquiry conversations that move people efficiently through the hiring process.

 

What you’ll do:

• Drive applicant activity to help the team hit weekly interview goals
• Make approximately 30 outbound calls per day and complete 42 inquiry calls per week
• Schedule and support a strong volume of interviews (targeting 33 scheduled and 27 kept per week)
• Create a positive first impression on every call, online inquiry, and in-person interaction
• Document candidate information accurately while multitasking on the phone
• Support the front office, assist with job board and social media recruiting efforts, and help with community outreach and job fairs as needed
• Collaborate closely with the team and participate in regular coaching and development

What we’re looking for:

• Strong phone and interpersonal skills with the ability to type and talk at the same time
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A team-player mindset, high integrity, and a genuine interest in helping others
• Willingness to be cross-trained and support front-office duties when needed

Experience in HR related roles, managing processes and/or people preferred

Must have high volume phone call experience and multitasking priorities 

High level computer skills

Associate's Degree or College Degree preferred

 

Pay based on experience

Base pay and monthly commission structure

80% employer paid BCBS

401K up to 4% match
