Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Assemble tire repair products using rubber, fabric, and related materials
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Complete production, inventory, and quality documentation accurately
• Load materials and move finished products throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Production Worker, Assembly Associate, or Industrial Worker preferred
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience strongly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment quickly
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 55 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Push, pull, and move materials during production activities
• Work safely around moving equipment and machinery
• Safety-toed shoes and safety glasses required
