Qualifications

• Prior experience in machine operation, production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing equipment quickly
• Experience using measuring devices and quality inspection tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed
