Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $18.00 /HR

Duties:

  • Operate plate washing and cleaning equipment to process flexographic printing plates.
  • Load flexographic plates onto conveyor systems and monitor plates through the cleaning process.
  • Inspect plates for cleanliness, quality, and defects after washing.
  • Roll cleaned flexographic plates into cylinders and properly wrap, label, and store finished plates.
  • Match colors, job tickets, and production specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Verify work orders and ensure plates are processed according to customer and production requirements.
  • Assist machine operators with production-related tasks and workflow support.
  • Maintain accurate records and production documentation.
  • Keep work areas, equipment, and materials clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist with additional production, packaging, and material handling tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • No experience required. Training provided.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, printing, packaging, warehouse, machine operation, or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to match colors, labels, and job specifications accurately.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills are helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
  • Comfortable working around production machinery and conveyor systems.
