Key Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Complete bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with payroll tax processing and reporting
• Support tax preparation efforts for business and individual clients
• Communicate with clients regarding accounting and financial matters
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Previous accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
