Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Quality Team Lead. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented candidate who can work independently while helping keep the team focused, productive, and motivated.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently and stay on task
• Comfortable providing direction and keeping others on task
• Positive attitude with the ability to encourage and motivate the team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Basic math skills
• Legible handwriting and accurate documentation
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Dependable and detail-oriented

Shift Availability:

1st Shift

• Must be available to work up to 12 hours between 5 AM and 7 PM
• Typically off by 5 PM

2nd Shift

• Must be available to work up to 12 hours between 1 PM and 3 AM
• Typical schedule is 3 PM to 11:30 PM

Shift times may change based on business needs.
