About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time General Production Associate (1st Shift) for a premier production facility in Wentzville, MO (63385). In this hands-on role, you will assist with product preparation, line assembly, surface treatment, and quality inspection across active production lines. Paid cross-training across multiple technical stations is provided from day one.

What you will do

• Vehicle & Product Prep: Clean surfaces, apply protective masking materials, and lay precise border tape according to specifications.

• Surface Preparation: Prepare critical product surfaces with standard abrasives to ensure proper coating adhesion and position custom emblems prior to processing.

• Production Line Support: Load and position prepped products entering automated spray chambers for protective coating applications.

• Demasking & Quality Control: Remove protective masking, pull tape lines, clear excess overspray, and measure coating thickness across product zones.

• Station Rotation: Work collaboratively with the production team, rotating through hands-on preparation, detailing, and quality assurance stations along the assembly line.

What you need

• Driver's License Required: A valid Driver’s License is required to safely move and stage vehicles across the facility lot.

• Schedule Availability: Ability to work 1st shift hours, including end-of-shift overtime and weekend production runs when scheduled.

• Communication & Safety Awareness: Ability to understand and follow safety protocols, team instructions, workplace signage, and production work orders.

• Essential Physical Functions: Ability to stand, bend, reach, perform manual hand-tool operations, and move materials throughout a shift (with or without reasonable accommodation).

• Safety & Reliability: Strong attendance record, daily punctuality, safety commitment, and reliable transportation to Wentzville, MO 63385.

• Screening Requirements: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and evaluations.
