In this key position, you will preserve accurate stock counts, perform routine cycle audits, use RF scanners, troubleshoot inventory variances, and log product movement throughout the plant. Paid on-the-job orientation is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Cycle Counting & Audits: Execute daily cycle counts and regular stock audits to ensure complete inventory accuracy.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Compare digital records against physical stock, investigate count differences, and report findings to leadership.

• RF Scanning & Systems: Utilize handheld RF scanners and update inventory systems to record real-time product transfers.

• Cross-Department Support: Work closely with purchasing, shipping, and receiving teams to support seamless material flow.

• Stock Maintenance: Verify that items are properly labeled, arranged, and rotated according to plant standards.

• Reporting: Prepare stock transfer reports and update location changes within digital tracking software.

What you need

• Inventory Background Required: Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, stockroom auditing, or material tracking.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, experience operating RF scanners, and comfort navigating digital inventory software.

• Communication & Detail Awareness: Strong commitment to accuracy, clear communication skills to report stock findings, and effective problem-solving skills for tracking discrepancies.

• Essential Physical Functions: Ability to navigate facility aisles, access storage racks, and audit materials across the plant floor (with or without reasonable accommodation).

• Safety & Reliability: Dependable attendance record, daily punctuality, safety commitment, and reliable transportation to St. Peters, MO.

• Screening Requirements: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and evaluations.
