Load Out Supervisor

Job Duties: 

• Supervisor for the complete Load Out department 
• Supervise and coordinate daily load-out operations involving silica sand and other bulk materials to ensure efficient and accurate shipments
• Oversee employees responsible for loading trucks, railcars, and other transportation equipment with processed silica sand 
• Monitor conveyor systems, hoppers, loading equipment, and material handling machinery to ensure proper operation during loading activities
• Ensure outgoing loads meet customer specifications, including correct material type, weight, quantity and shipping requirements 
• Verify truck and railcar loading documentation, shipping tickets, scale weights, and product information for accuracy 
• Coordinate with plant operations, production, maintenance, and transportation departments to maintain consistent material flow and prevent shipping delays 
• Monitor loading schedules and communicate with drivers and transportation personnel regarding shipment priorities and turnaround times 
• Conduct routine inspections of load-out area and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or operational issues 

Requirements: 

• Experience working with heavy equipment 
• Previous supervisory experience required 
• Must be able to lift heavy materials weight up to 50 pounds 
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to lift, stand, walk, climb, push, pull. twist, reach, squat, kneel 

Work Schedule: 6:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
