Express Employment Professionals’ Specialized Recruiting Group has partnered with a respected cold storage fulfillment and logistics company on the southside of Indianapolis that is seeking a Bilingual Fulfillment Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced cold storage environment, enjoys leading and developing employees, and excels at coordinating workflow while maintaining productivity and operational efficiency.

Job Summary

The Bilingual Fulfillment Coordinator will oversee daily direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment operations within a temperature-controlled warehouse while providing hands-on leadership to a small team. This individual will coordinate workflow, monitor productivity, support inventory and scanning processes, and serve as a key communication resource for both English- and Spanish-speaking employees. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with operational support on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and support a small team of warehouse employees.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assignments to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor productivity and help resolve operational challenges as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management in both English and Spanish.
• Utilize warehouse scanning systems and operational software accurately and consistently.
• Assist with inventory movement, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Train and support employees on processes, procedures, and expectations.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or cold storage environment.
• Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, data entry, and system navigation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain certification if required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 5am-3pm

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00/hour
• Evaluation Hire
• Benefits available upon hire.
