Content Creator – Marketing Department

Reports to: Express Employment Professionals 
Pay: $19–$21 per hour

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative Content Creator with experience in video production and editing. This person will create engaging videos and visual content that showcase our products, manufacturing processes, and company brand. The role involves filming, editing, and working closely with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit videos, including product demonstrations, customer features, trade shows, and machine operations.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, including sound, graphics, transitions, captions, and color correction.
• Use Adobe After Effects and Photoshop to enhance video content.
• Work with the marketing team to develop video ideas, scripts, and schedules.
• Organize and maintain video files, digital assets, and backups.
• Create content for YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Assist with marketing, advertising, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of video production and editing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign experience is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of filming, lighting, audio, and editing techniques.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required.
• Basic to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to use a keyboard and mouse throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in an office/cubicle environment.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Position is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
