Wire Harness Technician – Aerospace Manufacturing
Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring Wire Harness Technicians for a growing aerospace manufacturer in Centennial, CO! We're looking for detail-oriented individuals with experience in electrical wiring, cable assembly, wire harness fabrication, or electromechanical assembly. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills in a precision manufacturing environment.
Pay: $25–$35+/hour DOE
Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Job Highlights

Assemble, route, and install electrical wiring and cable harness assemblies.

Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and label wires according to specifications.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical work instructions.

Install connectors, terminals, pins, and other electrical components.

Perform continuity testing, electrical inspections, and troubleshooting.

Use hand tools, crimping tools, multimeters, and specialized assembly equipment.

Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, workmanship, and quality.

Maintain documentation and follow established manufacturing and quality standards.

Work with a team building advanced aerospace technology.
What We Look For

Experience with wire harness assembly, cable manufacturing, electrical assembly, or related technical work.

Proficiency with wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector installation.

Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.

Familiarity with multimeters, continuity testing, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.

Experience working with fine wires, precision components, and tight tolerances.

Aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or IPC/WHMA-A-620 experience is a plus.

Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a production team.
