Customer Service Representative

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $19–$20 per hour

An Edmonton client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Customer Service Representative Highlights:

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, shipments, and product inquiries.

• Process customer orders and accurately enter information into the company's CRM/ERP system.

• Track and follow up on order statuses, backorders, and delivery timelines.

• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and distribution team regarding inventory and order fulfilment issues.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.

• Escalate complex customer inquiries to the appropriate departments, including sales, logistics, and billing.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional and positive approach when handling customer inquiries and complaints.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.

Hours & Wage:

• Wage: $19–$20 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

• Shift: Day shift
