Pay: $25/HR
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM; Friday-Saturday, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Industrial Janitor Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and has previous experience with industrial cleaning, floor care, or facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform industrial janitorial duties throughout the facility
• Strip, buff, and maintain floors
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and common areas
• Assist with carpet extraction, vacuuming, and facility upkeep
• Perform seasonal cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and chemical dilution ratios
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team

Preferred Experience

• Industrial cleaning experience
• Floor stripping and buffing experience
• Facility maintenance experience
• Carpet extraction and commercial cleaning experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
