Warehouse Associate

Location: Alexandria, LA
Starting Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a local company in Alexandria. We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional who is comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials

Qualifications:

• Verifiable warehouse experience required
• Verifiable forklift operating experience required
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to safety procedures and workplace standards
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
