Delivery Drivers

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $20.00 per hour

An Edmonton client is seeking reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Drivers to join their team. This is an active, fast-paced position involving local and regional deliveries of tires, wheels, and automotive parts.

Delivery Driver Highlights:

• Operate a Sprinter van to deliver tires, wheels, and small parts to tire shops and customers.

• Complete approximately 15–25 delivery stops per day, depending on volume and distance.

• Follow established delivery routes, with occasional changes based on order volume and urgent deliveries.

• Complete deliveries throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities, including Sherwood Park, Nisku, Stony Plain, Camrose, Wetaskiwin, Whitecourt, Smoky Lake, Ponoka, and Rimbey.

• Return home daily; no overnight travel required.

• Complete daily vehicle inspections using a Geotab tablet, checking lights, tires, unusual noises, engine warning lights, windshield condition, and oil levels.

• Load the delivery van in the correct delivery order. Training will be provided.

• Obtain customer signatures on packing slips and leave invoice copies with customers.

• Complete delivery paperwork provided by the dispatcher.

• Provide friendly, polite, and helpful customer service at every delivery stop.

• Arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's licence.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Comfortable driving in snow and winter weather conditions.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality, including during challenging winter weather.

• Friendly and professional customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily delivery routes.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift and handle tires weighing approximately 35–50 lbs.

• Occasional team lifting of heavier items weighing approximately 120–200 lbs.

• Comfortable with manual loading and unloading of products.

• Ability to perform physically demanding and active work throughout the day.

• Dollies are generally available at customer locations, and site staff may assist with unloading when available.

Hours & Wage:

• Wage: $20.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
