Pay: $27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Our client in Holliston is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and help coordinate a team. This is a hands-on leadership position involving shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, staging, and shipping.

• Assist with supervising warehouse employees, monitoring performance, and supporting daily workflow.

• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload windows, doors, and materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.

• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to prioritize orders.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Identify operational issues and report safety concerns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.

• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

• Forklift operating experience required; certification preferred.

• Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to read and follow shipping and receiving documentation.

• Experience with windows, doors, or construction materials is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 100+ pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
