Inside Sales Rep

Located in Beaumont, TX

Salary: $18.50

This position is focused on selling and supplying electrical and industrial products to commercial customers, contractors, and industrial businesses.

The Inside Sales Representative manages customer relationships, responds to product inquiries, prepares quotes, processes orders, and helps customers find the electrical products and equipment they need.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and sales inquiries.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Assist industrial, commercial, and electrical contractor customers with product needs.

• Identify the correct electrical products and materials based on customer specifications.

• Prepare price quotes, estimates, and proposals.

• Source products through manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.

• Follow up on outstanding quotes to close sales.

• Process customer orders and ensure accuracy.

• Research product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and generate additional business.

• Maintain customer accounts and sales records.

• Work with outside sales representatives and vendors to meet customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience.

• B2B sales experience preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical products, supplies, or industrial equipment is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts.

• Strong computer skills and experience with CRM or ERP systems.

• Experience preparing quotes and processing orders.

• Ability to build relationships and close sales.

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
