Supplier Quality Technician

Express Employment is looking for a Supplier Quality Technician!

 

Responsibilities:

• Reports to General Manager any quality issue found on the supplier’s facility.
• Reviews the status of the product at the supplier’s facility and location of the material in the warehouse.
• Validates that the manufactured parts on the supplier facility complies with the client specifications.
• Performs quality test to the material and reports the results to Hal USA General Manager.
• To report and to inspect the rejected material on the supplier facility.
• Validate and report to Hal USA General Manager the supplier PPAP’s results.
• Decide to approve the rejected material by RMA report or contain the rejected material that doesn’t comply with
specification.
• Sort out, validate and re package the contained material.

Requirement:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and high sense of urgency.
• Must have strong communication written and verbal skills.
• Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical skills.

•1 to 2 years of experinece working in automotive manufacturing plants.
• Experience with quality control techniques such as Core Tools.
• Knowledge with Quality test tools (gauges).

 

Pay: 45k-50k/year
