Salary: $20/hr

1^st Shift Production Operator

The Production Operator will support manufacturing operations by operating and monitoring multiple production machines within a manufacturing line. Operators will utilize vision systems and warehouse management software to guide products through various stages of production, perform quality inspections, and ensure production goals are met. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and capable of learning multiple processes.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Two paid breaks
• Overtime may become available as production demands increase

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor production machinery throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform quality inspections using computerized vision systems
• Utilize ERP/WMS software to track and manage production activities
• Rotate between multiple workstations and production machines throughout the shift
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or process issues
• Escalating major equipment concerns to maintenance or leadership as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards
• Support team members and contribute wherever needed in a startup manufacturing environment

 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or similar computerized production systems
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to stand for the majority of the workday
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist beyond assigned duties when needed
