Accounting Clerk

Salary: $25 to $30/hr

Express Employment Professionals London is recruiting for a Senior Accounting Clerk for our small office client in London Ontario.

This is an evaluation hire.

Temporary to start with the possibility of being hired on - based on performance and attendance.

Pay range $25 - $30 - Based on experience.

100% in-person position.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A FULL-CYCLE ACCOUNTING ROLE.

Main Responsibilities (Not limited to):

• Full-cycle bookkeeping tasks - AP/AR/Payroll/Etc. - Using Spire.
• Assist in processing service work orders - from start to finish.
• Manage AP/AR/Payroll/HST remittances, month-end duties, etc.
• Process employee expenses.
• Process payroll for small office.
• Various accounting and admin. tasks, as required.

Experience & Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle Accounting experience is required
• Must have at least 1 year of recent experience with SAGE-50 (prefer Spire) or ERP system.
• Must have experience with full-cycle bookkeeping - AP & AR specifically.
• Must have strong typing skills and be very computer savy!
• Ability to multiple task while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Super positive & friendly personality. Fitting into the client's culture is a must.
• Always willing to help colleagues and customers without even having to be asked.
