Position: General Laborer / Manufacturing Associate
Experience: Manufacturing or General Labor Experience Preferred
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and can assist with a variety of daily manufacturing and production tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with general manufacturing and production duties.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
- Assist machine operators and production personnel as needed.
- Perform basic assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Assist with packaging, preparing, and moving finished products.
- Help with general warehouse and shop duties.
- Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
