Bilingual Warehouse Packer / Machine Operator

Pay: $17.00 per hour Location: Cleveland, TN Weekly Pay | Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Available

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Packer / Machine Operator to join a growing team in Cleveland, TN. This position is ideal for candidates who have warehouse experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Operate warehouse machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous warehouse, packing, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
