This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, helping ensure vehicle service needs are accurately communicated, scheduled, and completed while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Duties:
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Consult with customers regarding tire, alignment, and vehicle service needs.
• Create and maintain customer records and service work orders.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests.
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections, repairs, and timelines.
• Present service recommendations and estimates to customers.
• Provide updates on vehicle status throughout the service process.
• Process payments and handle daily transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
• Assist with inventory tracking and parts ordering as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
· Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and shop management software.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to explain services, recommendations, and repair needs clearly to customers.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Previous service writing, automotive, customer service, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
· Knowledge of tires, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance is a plus.
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
