Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals seeks a dependable, hardworking, and skilled Pipefitter/Welder/Warehouse Associate to join our growing industrial operations team. This is a hands-on position that combines pipefitting, welding, and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have industrial experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ( Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform pipefitting, welding, fabrication, assembly, and installation of piping systems and metal components.
• Utilize welding processes including TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and other applicable welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials according to project requirements.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, loading, and unloading materials.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1+ years of industrial pipefitting and welding experience.

High School Diploma or GED

Working knowledge of TIG (GTAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding processes.

Previous industrial or manufacturing skills

Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Fabrication or construction experience preferred.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ pounds.

Ability to work in an industrial and warehouse environment, including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing as needed.

Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work occasional weekends as needed.
• Welders must provide their own welding gear and welding hood.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
