Position: Accountant $50 - $65K Annually BOE
Experience: Previous Professional Accounting Experience REQUIRED
We are looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience managing day-to-day accounting operations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, works independently/ with a team, and can help maintain accurate financial records while supporting the company's financial operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Maintain organized financial documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience REQUIRED.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Accounting degree or relevant professional experience preferred.
