Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Digital Production Specialist opening in North Branch, MN. • Hourly Pay: $18-$21/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Produce customer orders using heat press equipment and DTF transfers, including setup, pressing, finishing, and quality control.
• Operate laser equipment for patches, engraving, and other custom products while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Build, update, and help manage online stores, including products, pricing, artwork, and order information.
• Process online store orders and prepare accurate production information for the production team.
• Complete sewing work as needed, including patches, chevrons, emblems, and similar items.
• Learn to operate commercial embroidery machines and assist with embroidery production as needed.
• Prepare, count, sort, fold, package, and quality-check completed orders.
• Help maintain an organized production area and assist in other areas of the business as priorities change.

Qualifications

• Previous production, apparel decorating, embroidery, sewing, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to learn and operate various production equipment and technology.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, flexible attitude.
