YARD SUPERVISOR

Located in Bloomington, CA

Salary: 25+

Key Responsibilities

-Operate forklifts safely to load and unload semi-trucks and trailers

-Coordinate and supervise daily yard activities and workflow
-Lead and support a team of 3–6 employees, ensuring productivity and safety
-Assist with inventory management, including identifying products, parts, and materials using product codes or labels
-Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
-Track and report key performance metrics related to productivity, efficiency, and inventory accuracy
-Utilize basic computer programs (including Microsoft Excel) to log data, track performance, and maintain records
-Maintain an organized, clean, and safe yard environment
-Communicate effectively with team members and management
-Adapt to different teams or responsibilities as operational needs change
-Enforce company policies and safety procedures

Experience Required

• Valid Forklift Certification
• Experience loading and unloading semi-trucks using a forklift
• Prior Supervisory or team leadership experience (managing 3-6 employees preferred)
• Basic computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
