Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Training on Day Shift (5:00 AM–2:30/3:30 PM), then transition to Afternoon/Evening Shift

Bench Technician – Join a Precision Aerospace Manufacturing Team

A leading aerospace manufacturer in Fort Collins is seeking a Bench Technician to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing. You'll play a key role in finishing and refining precision-machined aerospace components while working alongside a team committed to quality, excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deburr holes on CNC-machined parts
  Remove finished parts from parent material
  Remove tabs from finished parts and blend surfaces as needed
  Blend part mismatches and improve surface finishes to meet quality standards
  Work closely with the Quality Department to complete additional rework as needed
  Follow company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
