Truck Equipment Technician / Custom Truck Upfitter

• $40++/Hour Depending on Experience
• Hudson, NH
• Monday – Friday
• First Shift – 7am – 5pm
• OVERTIME!

Duties:

• Perform custom welding, metal fabrication, and modifications on trucks and truck equipment.
• Install and upfit aftermarket truck accessories, equipment, and specialized components.
• Complete custom truck builds and modifications to meet customer specifications.
• Work with various welding processes and fabrication materials.
• Install truck bodies, equipment, accessories, and other aftermarket components as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical or installation-related issues.
• Read and interpret measurements, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, and attention to detail.

What we look for…

• Extensive professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong background in truck upfitting, aftermarket installations, or custom truck builds.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with trucks and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Ability to work with welding equipment, fabrication tools, and shop machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read measurements, layouts, and technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
