General Laborer / Tank Filler | $17.50/Hour | Weekly Pay

We are hiring dependable, hardworking General Laborers / Tank Fillers to support seasonal agricultural operations. This position involves loading and unloading railcars, filling agricultural tanks, operating basic equipment, cleaning work areas, and assisting with general facility upkeep.

Pay: $17.50 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Seven days per week, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Location: Tolono, Illinois

Responsibilities

• Load and unload railcars and agricultural materials
• Fill agricultural tanks according to established procedures
• Operate basic machinery and equipment used to fill trailers
• Clean shop areas and maintain an organized work environment
• Assist with equipment upkeep and general facility cleaning
• Support loading activities and seasonal agricultural operations
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and ask for additional work when finished

Qualifications

• Previous farm, agricultural, industrial, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude
• Willing to perform dirty, physically demanding, and repetitive work
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable standing and working for extended periods
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have reliable transportation to the Tolono worksite
• Must be available to work seven days per week during the seasonal assignment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and carry approximately 35 to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work outdoors and around agricultural or industrial materials
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding labor for extended shifts
