Skills and Experience Requirements

· Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspection, or manufacturing preferred

· Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues

· Ability to read and understand product specifications, work instructions, and quality standards

· Familiarity with basic inspection procedures, testing methods, and measuring tools

· Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records and reports

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to communicate effectively with production teams and management

· Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct inspections and tests on products, components, and materials throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met

· Collect and review inspection data to identify trends, defects, and potential quality concerns

· Identify and document product defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from established specifications

· Assist with corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and reduce recurring problems

· Recommend improvements to quality control procedures and inspection processes

· Work with production, engineering, and other departments to maintain consistent quality standards

· Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, audit reports, and related documentation

· Provide guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices

· Perform additional duties as needed to support quality and production goals

Pay and Schedule

· Pay: $16 to $18 an hour, depending on experience

· Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

· Hours: Part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week
