Janitor

Located in Barneveld, WI

Salary: $18/hr

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our client in Barneveld! This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high cleaning standards, and enjoys keeping a workplace clean and organized.

 

You will work alongside an existing team member to handle daily cleaning responsibilities as the company transitions its cleaning services in-house. Quality and attention to detail are more important than speed!

 

This is an evaluation to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Wash and clean windows.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Vacuum floors and other designated areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the facility.
• Lift and carry bags of trash weighing up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or professional cleaning experience required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and alongside another team member.
• Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Pay: $18/hr

 

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
