Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time
Experience: Quality inspection experience preferred; aerospace/AS9100 experience is a plus.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Junior Quality Inspector to join its team in East Hartford, CT. This is an immediate opening for someone with a background in manufacturing or quality inspection who is interested in developing their skills in a precision machining environment.

Candidates with aerospace manufacturing experience and knowledge of AS9100 quality standards are preferred, but this is not a requirement for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts.

• Verify products meet established specifications and quality requirements.

• Use precision measuring instruments to check part dimensions.

• Review blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Identify and report defects or discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

• Work with production personnel to address quality concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Basic understanding of quality control procedures.

• Aerospace or AS9100 experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
