We're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and sales-driven individual to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in Carrollton!

This position combines inside sales, business development, recruiting, and building relationships. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and is motivated to help grow our business.

 

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients to identify staffing needs and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses through consistent follow-up and communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
• Recruit and source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting resources.
• Contact applicants, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates.
• Match qualified candidates with available positions and work to fill client job orders.
• Follow up with clients and associates to ensure successful placements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, recruiting efforts, and candidate interactions.
• Assist with incoming phone calls and other office responsibilities as needed.
• Work closely with our team to achieve sales, recruiting, and placement goals.

• Someone who is self-motivated, persistent, and doesn’t get discouraged hearing "no."
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• A competitive, goal-oriented personality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Previous sales, recruiting, staffing, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
