Job Summary

We are seeking Manufacturing Specialists to support seat production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members may rotate throughout multiple departments during the day, including die cutting, frame shop, thermoforming, foam production, upholstery, receiving, and packaging. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various production departments as assigned
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and use tape measures for accurate measurements
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Support receiving and material handling activities
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Help produce high-quality finished seat products

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to learn multiple production processes
• Reliable and motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to retain and follow work instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Perform repetitive physical tasks in a manufacturing environment
